Our operation teams work in a high-performing environment and with high business demands. We have an opportunity for a Crew Supervisor to join our team.

The Crew Supervisor will actively be responsible in maintaining and enhancing the competency and well-being of our employees, along with managing career path development for our TTM staff. They will play an active role to train and mentor our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • First and foremost, as leader of our valuable team, you will be responsible for enhancing/maintaining the competency and well-being of our employees.
  • Career path development of our TTM staff.
  • Mentoring, training, and development of TTM staff.
  • TTM Site Auditing.
  • Support the day-to-day running of the branch.
  • Ensuring compliance with COPTTM and H&S.  
  • Consolidating our position with current clients whilst continuously seeking opportunities to increase our market share (new business development). 
  • Supporting the Operations Manager and 2IC Operations Manager with performance management of all staff on branch-level.
  • Fleet management – ensuring that daily vehicle checks are being performed and documented.

Role Requirements:

  • Industry-relevant traffic management experience.
  • CoPTTM knowledge.
  • Relates well to a diverse range of people and working styles.
  • Be a friendly people person.
  • Applies critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and creativity to all situations.
  • A serious approach to health and safety management.
  • An ethical, forward-thinking leader who leads by serving those in their care.
