Joining a small team in our office in Takanini you will work across legacy and modern systems, ensuring our tech stack evolves without leaving our core foundations behind. Collaboration is key here; you'll partner with both business and technical teams to deliver well-engineered solutions that meet stakeholder needs and make a real impact.

Your responsibilities include designing, coding, verifying, testing, documenting, and refactoring  moderately complex programmes and scripts to improve performance and usability, bridging the gap between our established systems and modern design AI tools to advance our system functionality and user experience.

We’d love to hear from you if you bring:

• Completed tertiary qualification in computer science or IT, or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of developer experience (commercial or strong personal projects).
• Strong programming skills in MongoDB, Python, Java, or C++.
• Ability to design, develop, and deploy AI solutions within existing systems specifically AI agents, chatbots, or automation solutions.
• Confidence in identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions that enhance operational performance.
• Adept at connecting technical solutions to measurable business outcomes.
