This is a valuable opportunity to ensure we’re a great fit for each other. Think of this stage like setting up a traffic management plan, everything needs to be in place before the job can begin.

Depending on the role, a second interview or a practical skills assessment may be required to ensure you’re the perfect fit.

If we like what we see, our Recruitment Specialist will give you a call for a quick 15–20-minute chat. We’ll talk about you, your experience, the role, and discuss expectations to make sure these are aligned. Think of this stage like checking all signs and cones are in place before the traffic flows.

In most circumstances, our team will be in contact within a few business days after receiving your application, in busy periods this may take longer.

Before we give you the green light, we’ll need to complete essential pre-employment verification & compliance background checks. These include references, a Ministry of Justice criminal history check, and pre-employment drug and alcohol testing. If the role requires a specific qualification, we’ll ask for verification. Think of this as the final inspection to ensure everything’s in place and ready to go.

If you’re the successful candidate and you’ve cleared all the checkpoints, we’ll make you a verbal offer first and follow up with a detailed formal written offer.
